We have the technical competence to set up automatic Railway wheelsets assembly plant for railway axles and wheels. We have the competence to set up the facility for the wheelsets 762MM Narrow gauge, 1000MM. (meter gauge), standard gauge 1435mm, broad gauge 1676mm( also used in Bangladesh railways) , US Gauge 1448, Russia 1524mm and 1829mm, Spain and ancho ibérico trocha ibérica, 1668mm, Barcelona metro Line 1672 mm, Portugal bitola ibérica 2140mm , 2134mm, 1435mm, 1000mm, 900mm, 600mm. Qazaqstan Temir Joly 1520mm, Кыргыз темир жолу( Kyrgyz Temir Zholu) alos same gauge 1520mm,
Armenia 1520mm,Cape Gauge Track 1435mm. We are capable of handling the different sizes of axles for freight cars, passenger coaches including high speed passenger coaches, hollow axles, and can assemble the axles to the wheelsets of different diameters automatically. All the wheelset assembly will be automated with the least human touch. These will be high production lines and can assured minimum 50,000 assembly of 50,000 wheelsets. Our facilities shall be operating with certified Quality Management Systems (QMS) in accordance with AAR Quality Specification M1003 and ISO 9001- 2000.
